I decided that things needed to change. I've been blogging now for over three years and there were some posts here that I wasn't thrilled about. And I also wasn't sure how to reverse some of the changes I had made with the CSS over the years. So, I thought that I would start things afresh and move my entire blog to a new place. I know I could have gone about it in a much simpler way, but I think I wanted an excuse to fully re-evaluate all that I've done over these past few years. Whether you are a long time reader or you've happened over here from Pinterest or somewhere else, most things that were posted here previously will be posted in the new space. I've added a search in the sidebar there so that you can easily find anything you may be looking for. Just leave me a comment or send me an email if you have trouble finding something. For those of you who like my recipe posts and used my recipe page, I will be reformatting that for the new space as well.

It's taking me quite a long time to transfer everything. I'm about a quarter of the way there. I can't believe how many posts I've written! And it has been really interesting to go through everything I've posted over these last three years and remember what I did and see how my photography, writing and computer skills have improved over time. The process is kind of like going through an old box of mementos and starting a new sketch book all at the same time.
The posts will remain the same for the most part. I am editing things as I go if I see really obvious mistakes, I've tidied up my labels and in some cases, I am just removing posts altogether. There aren't very many of them, but some of them I have decided, I just don't want to have floating around on the interweb anymore for various reasons. The changes that you may or may not notice are mostly an attempt for me to better focus my energies on what I love most, making stuff and sharing the process.
